FAQ

How does it work when I come to the store?

The left side of our refrigerator is stocked with meals that are ready to grab and go. You can bring these meals with you to heat up at home, we can heat them up for you to bring on the go, or we can heat them up for you to eat in store.

The right side will be full with meals packed for pickup or delivery that were previously ordered online.

How do I order meals?

All ordering is done online here on our site. Our menu is released on Mondays and runs through Sunday for pickup the following Wednesday- Saturday, or delivery on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A calendar is attached below to visually explain it.

How do I heat up my meals?
All of our meals can be heated in the microwave. Every microwave is different, so we suggest venting the lid (take it off and rest it kind of sideways on the top) and heat for 1 minute – 1 minute and 30 seconds. If it’s not warm enough, heat again checking every 30 seconds or so. While all of our plastic containers are BPA free and microwave safe, we do suggest putting our soups in a bowl to heat so they can heat more thoroughly.

If you choose to not use your microwave, we have had customers say they’ve had success re-heating their meal in a pan.

What’s on your menu?

Our menu rotates weekly so you have fresh and different meals to choose from.

We have some classucs that rotate more oftern that others (stuffed peppers, meatloaf, egg roll in a bowl, etc.) that we call “Natalie’s Favorites.”

We always have a basic chicken meal that consists of a grilled chicken breast, a vegetable, and a grain for those who find comfort in the familiar! We offer some gluten friendly and vegetarian/vegan options as well.

What if I have food allergies?

All ingredients are listed on our website when you go to order. If youhave certain allergies or preferences, we may be able to accommodate substitutions (tofu for protein, gluten free noodles, etc.) when ordering online! Just leave it in the notes or give us a call to see if it’s an option.

How can I tell how many carbs are in my meal?

Nutrtion information is printed on all  food items as well as being listed online when you go to order!

We list calories, carbs, protein, and fat on our labels for those who count macros.

Is your grab and go refrigerator always fully stocked?

Grab and Go meals are not guaranteed, but we usually have a good selection of our meals in there.

For guaranteed meals, we recommend ordering online, but if that’s not an option, give us a call so we can tell you what’s available that day.
